Hands-On Experience Means Leg Up for MTC Students

In partnership with local businesses, MTC established a cooperative learning experience, a problem-solving class and a capstone course, all of which require the engineering pupils to step outside the walls of academia into the workaday world, said Jay McCreary, who also is executive director for MTC’s Center for Workforce Development.
